Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us.
Return Conditions
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed
- Tags must still be attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Jewelry and intimate accessories are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us by email at contact@mdnstore25.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
Refund
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for return but cannot be exchanged for store credit.
